Some of the works we carried out in this 18-month project from conception to completion:

Complete re-roof with breathable Woodfibre insulation, plus curved lath and plaster soffits.
Removal of cement renders and modern materials.
Carefully stripping out the internal layers like pages of a history book back to a bare canvas.
Rebuilding all external walls to match existing with herringbone panels and chimneys.
Extensive Oak frame replacement and repairs to match existing is every detail.
All new brickwork with 11 thousand reclaimed Tudor bricks and lime mortar.
New bespoke Oak windows with leaded lights.
Handmade and hand finished wide board solid Oak flooring/doors and skiting boards and doors.
Fully replastered in lime mortars and plasters to all floors.
Fully restored all inglenooks and fireplaces.
Fully restored existing 16^th century 3 story staircase back to its original beauty.
Fully rewired and replumed.
External lime rendering and lime pointing and restoration of stonework.
Limecrete internal floors to Victorian grain store which we converted.
The creation of new en-suites and bathrooms with All tiling to floors and walls.

Removed completely cracked cement render, which was causing serious damp issues inside the property:

Replaced with lime render.
Replaced stonework to parapets and plinths.
